Amazon Kindlegen compiler for mobi removed

Support for the old Amazon Kindlegen compiler for the mobi format has been removed since it is no longer available and not supported by Amazon. (Amazon now uses ePub as their input format instead.)

HelpXplain command line compiler option added

The Compilers tab in Program Options now includes a setting for the HelpXplain command line compiler xplaincmd.exe. This is then used to compile the latest version of Xplain presentations inserted in your topics when you publish your projectds.

Ribbon configuration section removed

We have decided that making the ribbon toolbars changeable caused more problems than it solved. In particular, making changes to the layout made it very difficult to understand the documentation.
