The old Impict graphics and screenshot editor included with Help+Manual up until version 9 was really getting long in the tooth. It was great while it lasted, but now it's been replaced with something much better: SnipSVG, our SVG-based screen capture and graphics editor. SnipSVG is now fully integrated in Help+Manual out of the box and replaces Impict for the Image Editor tool in the Project tab and direct image editing in the Help+Manual editor with right-click and Picture > Edit With...
