You probably have some graphics that you use again and again in your project – logos, images of buttons and so on. Help+Manual's "Recent Images" and "Image Shortcuts" functions make accessing images quick and easy. Recent Images shows thumbnails of all the images you have used recently, so that you can click on them to insert them again. Image Shortcuts is a configurable list of graphics that you can select and insert in your projects with a single click.
To display the Image Shortcuts list select the menu icon below the Insert Picture tool in . The Recent Images selection appears automatically as soon as you have inserted some images in your projects. You must add images to the Image Shortcuts list yourself by selecting Configure Image Shortcuts.

Image Shortcuts graphics are not embedded in your project. They are simply links for quick access to frequently-used graphics. This means that you can also use shortcuts for larger images.
Adding images to the list:
1.Click on the dialog icon below the Image tool in and select Configure Image Shortcuts:
2.Select Add Picture in the dialog displayed to add a new image to the list.
Inserting images:
Click in the editor in the position where you want to insert the image, then click on the thumbnail image you want to insert in the Picture Shortcuts menu.
Organizing the list:
Use Add Category to organize your images in categories, which are also displayed in the menus. Use Move Up and Move Down to arrange your images and categories in the list.
