eWriter Viewer (for Windows and macOS) has been updated to version 5.8.
Windows: when loading a custom and invalid/damaged .ico file from an e-book, the viewer stopped at this and did not display the HTML content. This kind of error is now trapped and the icon is replaced by the built-in default icon.
macOS: scaling issue in start screen fixed.
All downloads (the individual viewer setups for Win/macOS and the redistributable package for developers) have been updated.
