Tables make it possible to display organized text in rows and columns within your images. SnipSVG tables are basically regular HTML tables within your image.
Inserting tables
Click on the tool in the toolbar, select . This displays the table dialog, in which you can define the number of rows and columns and the cell padding, which is the spacing inside each cell.
Formatting and editing text
If you select the table and then apply formatting with the controls on the right you will have the same formatting in all cells of the table. However, each cell of the table can also be formatted separately. Double click in the cell you want to edit and then you can enter, edit and format the text in that cell.
See Editing Text & Tables for more details on editing and formatting text.
Table and cell borders
The settings in the pane on the right apply for the entire table, giving you the same borders around all the cells and the entire table.
Fill – table and cell backgrounds
As with text formatting, you can apply fill to either the entire table or individual cells. If you just select the table and choose on the right you set the same background for the entire table. If you apply fill when editing a cell, or when you have selected multiple cells with the mouse, then the fill is only applied to those cells.
