FastHelp is a software for multilingual technical documentation, originally developed by IT Training Academy Ltd in London, UK. EC Software strives to provide ongoing support for the FastHelp user community and a smooth transition of existing multilingual documentation projects.
A Smooth Transition
For about two decades, FastHelp and Help+Manual have taken parallel paths in creating and delivering digital content. We are currently working on a transition to bring FastHelp project databases (Access MDB) to the next level and enable seamless integration into the Help+Manual authoring suite.
FastHelp’s unique selling point is the combination of multiple languages in a single Access database. Help+Manual’s strength, as an XML-based authoring tool, is XML standards compliance and openness for the integration of external content. Help+Manual also offers a Translation Assistant to easily manage and translate multilingual projects.
Smart Upgrade
For legitimate owners of a FastHelp license (Standard, International and Corporate) we offer attractive upgrades to Help+Manual Basic, Professional and Floating licenses. If you own multiple licenses of FastHelp, please contact us at sales@fast-help.com for an individual offer.
